Given the amount of extra parcels being delivered this time of year we don't like taking chances - we therefore recommend that all personalised bears and Mocks for Christmas are ordered by 9am on Thursday 17th December.
All other orders should arrive in time for the big day if ordered by 11am on Saturday 19th December.
