Lost/ Delayed Items
Sendit.co.uk endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 working day of receiving your order. Most mail posted to UK addresses using the Royal Mail First Class service arrives one working day after dispatch.
However, please note that personalised Funky Bears are made to order and are sent direct from Jersey so may take an extra day or two to arrive. Given this, please allow 5 working days for a personalised bear order to arrive.
If you have reason to suspect that your parcel has become lost in the post please contact us within 10 days of ordering. Sendit.co.uk will complete a full investigation and if required, a Royal Mail missing parcel claim form on your behalf. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or dispatch a replacement until we have completed our investigation, and in some circumstances, until we have received payment from Royal Mail. Please note that we do not have control over this process and that it can take upto 14 days.
Please note: Sendit.co.uk works closely with Royal Mail to ensure that missing parcel enquiries are genuine. By submitting a missing item claim you allow Sendit.co.uk to share your information with Royal Mail. If a fraudelant claim is identified, Sendit.co.uk will support Royal Mail with their prosecution case.
Privacy and the Data Protection Act
Sendit.co.uk fulfils the obligations of the Data Protection Act in relation to information we hold about our customers. We will only collect the information we need to fulfil your order or other request. This information is stored securely and will never be sold, hired or given to any third party without your permission.
We may however email registered opt-in users of www.sendit.co.uk with our own offers from time to time.
Disclaimers
We undertake only to dispatch products to you that are in absolutely perfect condition. Items returned which are not in their original condition will be dealt with on a case by case basis. This is to protect our returns policy from abuse.
We reserve the right to suspend our delivery commitments in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including (but not exclusively) events such as a telephone or website failure, failure of suppliers, failure of the postal service, war or acts of terrorism, civil unrest, strike, fire or Acts of God.
We do not accept any responsibility for loss, damage or injury caused by use of, or in any other connection with, this website.
