If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've simply had a change of heart, you can return it to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
Please return products in suitable protective packaging. We suggest you re-use the board-backed envelope or box in which we sent them to you, taking care to re-seal and re-address effectively. Please ensure you include your details and obtain a Certificate of Posting in case of delivery failure.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any delivery charges to you, either in respect of the original delivery or any costs you incur in returning the item(s) to us, except of course in the unlikely event of a mistake made by us or if the item you have purchased is faulty or defective, in which case we will make a full refund of your original delivery charge plus the cost of returning the item(s) to us by First Class post.
Please note: to protect our returns policy from abuse, all products returned to us are thoroughly checked before a refund is authorised. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt and will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.
How to Cancel an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please send an email to customercare@sendit.co.uk as soon as you can. We will do our very best to prevent your order from being dispatched, if it has not already been sent out. |
