Where do you source your greeting cards and gifts from?
We carefully research and hand-pick our greeting cards from a range of award winning greeting card publishers. We also purchase cards direct from a small selection of greeting card designers.
Because we carefully research and source our greeting cards and gifts from small specialist companies and direct from the designers themselves, you can be ensured that the products we stock are all of very high quality and are not commonly found in High Street stores.
Due to the amount of work that goes into carefully selecting our unique range, please do not ask us for the contact information of our suppliers. We hope that you'll understand that this is information that we choose not to share.
Here at Sendit.co.uk we offer FREE UK postage and packaging on greeting cards and personalised bears, and a simple, fair, flat-rate £2.00 postage and packaging charge on all other items. For more information please see our Postage & Delivery page.
Payment can be made securely online by Credit or Debit card in GBP, Euros or USD: We accept Mastercard, Visa, Solo, Delta and Maestro. In addition, American Express is also available if paying in GBP. You may also choose to pay by Paypal, cheque or postal order.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a hand-written service at the moment.

If you have created an account when ordering you will be able to check the Status of your order by logging into your account.
Whether you have created an account or not, we will keep you informed of your order status by sending you an automated e-mail each time that your order status has changed:
Order Received - We have received your order and will be dispatching it as soon as we can. It is possible to amend your order at this stage.
Dispatched - Your order is on its way and should arrive within the next few days.
Reserved Awaiting Payment - If you have chosen to pay by cheque or postal order we will hold your items for 5 working days or until we have recieved your payment.
Awaiting Dispatch - If you have chosen to pay by cheque you may see this order status message. This means that we have received your payment by cheque and are currently waiting for your payment to clear.
Cancelled - If you have chosen to pay by cheque or postal order and we have not received any payment or communication from you within 5 working days then we reserve the right to cancel your order.
